TitleHey everyone! For this DIY, we’ll be doing to accompanying Snow Fairy Makeup and Tutu for my White Wonderland costume! Let’s get started πŸ™‚

Supplies Needed:
β™₯ 3 different types of Toile
β™₯ Eye primer, face primer
β™₯ White aqua jumbo pencil, scissors, eyelash glue and fake snow

Step 1: First, we’re going to be working on the tutu. We’re going to be needing 3 different type of toile for it. Roll the toile as long as you want your tutu to be and cut them in 5-inch pieces. Do this for your 3 different types of toile

Screen shot 2014-04-03 at 12.08.23 AMStep 2: Grab an elastic band and measure it around your waist. Then sew it together with a needle and thread. Then wrap the toile around the elastic to form your tutu. Alternate the different colors

Screen shot 2014-04-03 at 12.14.46 AMStep 3: Put the tutu on and have a friend help you cut the front of the tutu so it forms a high-low tutu

Screen shot 2014-04-03 at 12.18.06 AMStep 4: After the tutu is done, let’s work on the Snow fairy makeup. Start by putting primer makeup on your face followed by white face and body makeup.
